Police seek man who needs urgent medical attention

Police in London's Lambeth Borough have released a photo of a man they are trying to find as he needs to seek urgent medical attention.

The man attended Kings College Hospital on Saturday, 7 January and was admitted. He discharged himself on Monday, 9 January, prior to medical tests being completed. These tests subsequently revealed the man is suffering from a life-threatening illness.

It is believed the man was from Nigeria and may have given a false name and address.

The illness has no perceived risk to the public.

Anyone who knows this man should urge him to obtain urgent medical treatment.
