Police appealed for assistance to help trace Olusegun Okuleye, 81, reported missing from Clapham Common on Tuesday, 4 July.
Mrs Okuleye has since been found safe and well.
London's Metropolitan Police are appealing for help to find an elderly woman who is missing from Wandsworth.
81-year-old Olusegun Okuleye was last seen at 18:00hrs on Tuesday, 4 July on Broxash Road in Clapham Common.

Mrs Okuleye has dementia and is likely to be confused.
She is described as black and of medium build.
When last seen, she was wearing a brown hat, a striped white and blue jumper, a striped brown and beige dress and flip flops.
It is believed that she is still in the Battersea area.
Officers and Mrs Okuleye's family are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
