The firm was established in 2008 for the purpose of catering for the needs of the African and ethnic minorities as the founding partners saw a gaping hole in the provision of legal services to these people who were often not given desired attention by the mainstream firms, who did not understand the peculiar needs and circumstances of the ethnic minorities.
The two Founding Partners Messrs Dele Odusanya and Femi Oyedipe had met previously at Duncan Lewis and Co Solicitors, where they had both risen to the position of Directors and Heads of the Immigration Department.
