Not content with owning a luxurious private game reserve Ulusaba in South Africa, the Virgin founder - Richard Branson has decided to open a second wildlife retreat. Mahali Mzuri, will open this summer, just in time for guests to watch the annual Great Migration in Kenya.
Mahali Mzuri is located in the Motorogi Conservancy where there are 13,500 hectares of bush to explore. The neighbouring Olare Orok Conservancy is also just a quick ride away.
According to Virgin, 'Visitors to Mahali Mzuri can expect exciting game drives with experienced guides, delicious meals, a cosy and relaxing atmosphere at the camp and in a uniquely designed, spacious and luxurious tent.'
There are 12 tents catering for a maximum of 24 guests at any one time and rates start from $590 per person.
To celebrate its summer opening, Virgin Limited Edition is offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a free night when they book to stay in August 2013. This special opening offer is valid for reservations made before 28th February when booking either a five or four night stay.
