Shem-ful! Commandant does not know web address

One of Nigeria's problems is the inability to admit when we do not know.

After attempts to bulldoze his way out of answering a direct question from Channels TV Presenters, the Lagos State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) - Mr. Obafaiye Shem; still gave out an incomplete web address for the Organisation he works for. It was shem-ful!

No wonder, the organisation is derisively referred to by some Nigerians as 'Guguru Defence' (Popcorn defence)!
