Breaking:
British Prime Minister - David Cameron has indicated that there is a "strong indication" that the hacking and beheading of a man on a street in Woolwich, South East London this afternoon was a terrorist incident.
At a press conference in Paris alongside President Francois Hollande on a planned trip to France, Cameron adds that people of "every community" in Britain will "utterly condemn" the killing.
In footage broadcast by ITV, the alleged attacker says: "We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you."
He adds: "I apologise that women have had to witness this today, but in our land our women have to see the same.
"You people will never be safe. Remove your government, they don't care about you."
According to Nick Raynsford MP, a soldier from Woolwich Barracks is believed to have died in the attack.
