London 's Waltham Forest Council celebrated Nigeria's 55th Independence recently.
The event was attended by Council Leader - Cllr Chris Robbins, the Mayor - Cllr Saima Mahmud, and the Deputy Council Leader - Cllr Anna Mbachu. Also in attendance were Actor - Nkem Owoh, Lewisham Council's Chair - Cllr Obajimi Adefiranye and members of the Nigerian Community in Waltham Forest.
