Patricia Macauley is the founder and director of the award-winning agency, Multicultural Marketing Consultancy that is dedicated to improving lives and reducing inequalities within multicultural communities across the UK.
She has played an instrumental role in shaping the landscape of multicultural communications across Government over two decades. Her government experience spans the Cabinet Office, Home Office, Department for Health and Social Care, Department for Work & Pensions, NHS England, and Office of Health Improvement & Disparities, to highlight a few.

Notably, she has spearheaded a range of high profile behaviour change campaigns that has addressed some of the most pressing societal issues that are sensitive, complex and layered with cultural nuances, such as the Windrush scheme, advocacy for the Covid vaccine, encouraging early diagnosis of cancer, stroke and dementia; and tackling Violence Against Women and Girls and modern slavery as well recruitment campaigns aimed at recruiting more Black adopters and ethnic minority police officers.
Patricia's commitment extends beyond her professional endeavours as she leads a women’s group (GEL), empowering women to excel in all aspects of their lives. Her remarkable achievements have earned her the prestigious Wise Women Award for enriching and uplifting women from diverse backgrounds.
