The father of 3-young boys, aged, 11, 9 and 9 years of age and his partner of 21-years are both enthusiastic about and enjoy the complexity and rewards of being involved in education, wellbeing, and healthcare projects by way of supporting, developing, and giving insight to like-minded, black-led organisational and entrepreneurial programmes alike.
Having worked for many years in leadership positions within the public, private and voluntary sectors, he became fascinated by the methodology behind professional achievement – and how certain people would thrive where others did not. Combining this passion and practical experience with his academic achievements, he set up and founded his own coaching and mentoring practice - Bigohcoaching.

Bigohcoaching focuses on helping people attain their professional and/or business goals through a carefully structured, two-way dialogue, which encourages self-awareness and self-empowerment - enabling people to uncover their own solutions to whatever obstacles are holding them back.
His personal style involves effective communication, supporting and inspiring clients to respond strongly and effectively to changing environments during coaching sessions. He is often described as having an innate ability to understand complex problems and provide practical solutions. He has supported a variety of Afro-led organisations with strategic/business planning, using tried and evaluated facilitated processes ensuring stakeholder buy-in, ownership and responsibility.
With over 30-years’ experience, he has worked with black-led organisations by providing developmental support to help small individuals, business and organisations grow stronger and more sustainable, by influencing policy and practice, by way of carefully structured planning and goal setting.
Through Bigohcoaching, he focuses his energies on helping black-led social entrepreneurs, charity leaders, organisations and small business owners achieve sustainable growth and personal success.
