She holds a first-class Law degree and completed an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford as a Kalisher Trust Scholar.
She is the author of the Amazon bestselling book, Black and Brave History: 30 Sheroes Who Shook Britain, which celebrates the legacy of Black women trailblazing in Britain and beyond. She continues with doctoral study at Oxford University, researching the victim experiences, and disclosure practices of Black women following family violence.
