President Goodluck Jonathan being decorated as Grand Patron of the FRSC, Special Marshal
Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan has been decorated as the Grand Patron of the Special Marshal of the Nigerian Road Safety Commission.
The decoration was performed by the Corp Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps - Mr Osita Chidoka "in recognition of the President’s reform programmes in the road sector."
