Chelsea's attacker, Andre Schurrle, is set to complete his return to the Germany, as his agent, Ingo Haspel, confirmed a "verbal agreement" had been reached between the Stamford Bridge club and Wolfsburg.
Schurrle was the first player Jose Mourinho signed in his second spell at Chelsea; and the Germany international has proven to be an influential force - as was experienced in the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
But Schurrle, who has since fallen out of the pecking order at the West London Club, may have to continue a first-team career elsewhere.
In the light of this, a sum of around £22.5 million is reported to have been agreed for the transfer, which Schurrle's agent told Germany's SID agency "should go through on Friday."
