Emergency services and Counter terrorism officers are at the scene
London's Metropolitan Police and Counter Terrorism officers have now confirmed that they are treating the explosion on a train at Parsons Green, West London as a terrorist incident.
A "major incident" has also been declared at the nearby St. Mary's Hospital.
