Appeal to trace missing Hannah Asante

Police in Lewisham are concerned for the welfare of a missing 30-year-old woman.

Hannah Asante was last seen at 13:52hrs on Tuesday, 9 August in the Barnardo's Akwaaba Centre, Grinling Street, Deptford SE8.

She is described as a mixed race woman of African Caribbean heritage, 5ft 8ins tall of medium build with long black hair platted in a bun.

Hannah is known to frequent Lewisham, Deptford and Hackney.

At the time of her disappearance she was wearing Star Wars Pyjama bottoms and a grey t-shirt

Hannah is bipolar and may be seen behaving erratically.

Officers are increasingly concerned for her wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
