A 26-year-old man has been sentenced at Blackfriars Crown Court for being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
Mohamed Hassan, of Barney Close, SE7 was stopped on 21 May 2014, whilst a passenger in a vehicle in Creek Road, London SE10.

The vehicle contained cannabis and when searched, Hassan was found to be in possession of a plastic bag containing £1,200 and two mobile phones.
Hassan was arrested on suspicion of money laundering but in the course of the investigation, it was found that he was part of a line of drug suppliers that had been operating throughout Hertfordshire.
Enquiries found that Hassan had a leading role in an organised criminal network concerned in the supply of crack and heroin in London and the Home Counties.
In July 2015, Hassan was charged with possession of criminal property, being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and being concerned in the supply of heroin
Hassan was found guilty of the drugs offences after a four-day trial; he was found not guilty of possession of criminal property.
Detective Constable Gavin Russell, from Greenwich Borough’s Gangs Unit, said: “I am extremely happy that Hassan has been convicted and sentenced for these offences.
“We work closely with police forces throughout the United Kingdom to ensure that criminal enterprises who supply Class A drugs are investigated using all means possible. Those who choose to engage with this type as conduct should expect to be face a long term in prison.”
