Rev Ajayi - exercising with a smile
Rev. Esther Ajayi - With The Fit Faith Club, you are able to exercise with a smile.
Recognising the role motivation plays in keeping fit, Rev. Ajayi seems to have the perfect formula by combining exercise regimes with Biblical verses that motivate. So when you are about to get on that threadmill, according to Rev. Ajayi, remember Psalm 28:7 - "The Lord is my strength..." or Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Him who gives me strength."
In her words, "The Fit Faith Club is the best place to get fit, stay healthy and get inspirational scriptures to help you achieve your goals!"
To help members of The Fit Faith Club, Rev Ajayi has put together a number of short videos to help achieve their goals. The videos cover a range of topics: Running, Dancing, Kettle Bell Thrust, Weight Lifting and Nutrition, and the role they play in keeping fit.
