The Church of Scientology has updated the Scientology.org website with a new Resource Centre to share best practices for getting through this pandemic. So far, over 1 million people have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the UK and although there is still no cure, there is a great deal all of us can do in terms of prevention.
The tools and tips in the Prevention Resource Centre are intended to help you, your family and friends to lower the risk of contracting the disease or spreading it to others. These common sense guidelines are based on and consistent with the CDC (Centres for Disease Control and Prevention) and World Health Organization protocols and they are easy to do! Watch a brief video here. It gives 9 steps for staying well.
9 steps for staying well
Then read or download a copy of the booklet How to Keep Yourself and Others Well.

This is the first of over a dozen videos and we will be featuring one per week for the coming weeks.
Each of the steps outlined in the video are covered in greater detail in the easy to read booklet including information on the kinds of basic ingredients to use to sanitize your home or, if you are still at work, your office.
Many of us are living in areas that are experiencing outbreaks of the pandemic, and there is a section of the booklet on what to do during an outbreak. First on the list is “Adherence to Local Regulations and Guidelines”.
By following the guidelines and precautions in this booklet (over and above any government guidelines) you can help prevent the spread of illness and maintain a healthy environment.
We are quite literally all in this together and it is up to each of us to protect ourselves, our friends, families and the community at large.
Read and pass on this information to get through this as fast and safely as possible.
