Community leader – Dr Caroline Namugabi Kawooya who passed away last May will be laid to rest on Friday, July 4 2025 in Kent.

She was the Founder of Think Tank 720 - an organisation seeking to bridge the gap between community needs and effective policies by gathering diverse perspectives and fostering meaningful conversations.
A qualified Psychologist who held a BSc in Psychology & Criminology, a MSc in Forensic Psychology, and a Doctorate degree; she was also the Founder of the Memory Lane Psychological Services.
She authored two books: Challenges of Identity – Psychological Perspective and Digital Identity – A Business and Social Perspective.

She founded the Uganda Youth Forum UK, and was a Buganda Kingdom youth representative in the United Kingdom.
She was a loving daughter, a caring sister, a cherished cousin, and a friend to many.
