Mrs Martha A. Haruna celebrated her 50th Birthday at the Lewisey Farm Learning Centre, Luton, Bedfordshire recently.
The milestone was celebrated by a demonstration of unity, peace, love, and wellbeing by colleagues, friends and family members from a diverse multi-ethnic range cutting across the Caribbean Islands, the UK, Europe, Asia and African communities.
Martha and her husband - Michael Haruna also marked 30 years of marriage by renewing their marriage vows.
Martha A. Haruna was born in Nigeria on the 26th April 1964.
She completed her elementary and secondary education in Nigeria by 1983 and moved to the UK in 1985 to join her husband, and later completed her education to University degree level in North London.
Since attaining a degree, Martha has always been in gainful employment in the UK. Her 23 years paid work experience centres on Education: information, advice and guidance in London and Luton areas. And, on voluntary levels Martha has a history of service to a range of voluntary organisations including the church at management and board levels.
