Video footage of Police shooting Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale
Wednesday 22nd May 2013 is day of deep sorrow for Nigerian mothers all over the world. Motherhood is a shared responsibility in Yoruba Tradition Customs and Culture.
Consequently, Yoruba Traditionalists wishes to place on record the total disbelief to see a day when two of our sons publicly beheaded an innocent English young man on the street of his own country and a place that has facilitated meaningful existence for many immigrant communities including those from Nigeria.
Our thoughts are with the bereaved family, especially the 2-year old son of the murdered soldier.
The conduct of Adebolajo and Adebowale is a shame to us all.
