He has excelled in his areas of expertise which include: Service Transition and Operational Readiness, Business Analysis, Supplier/Stakeholder Management, Programme and Project Management, and Change Management.

While working with the London Borough of Lambeth, Tony was one of the managers responsible for Neighbourhood renewal which entailed funding and coaching for the Black and ethnic minority communities to give them an opportunity to have a chance of succeeding in Life.
He currently works with the Information Technology Department of the Ministry of Justice as one of the Senior Transition Managers and has been given various commendations for the delivery of IT and Business Projects and Programmes.
The main Programmes that Tony has been involved in since joining the Ministry of Justice have focused on not only saving the spend on tax payers money through rationalisation, but more importantly on making the UK society a much safer place by reducing re-offending and creating approved programmes within penitentiaries and correction facilities.
Ever since Tony lost his very close childhood friend to Leukaemia, he has been involved with various Cancer awareness campaigns and fundraising events - in particular, with the Anthony Nolan Trust and the African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust (ACLT).
He is currently one of the senior mentors at Kinetika Bloco, which is an organisation that mentors youths with the main objective of keeping the UK streets safe and giving youths a sense of purpose in life.
He also volunteers and is involved in his local food bank.
