A seasoned customer service professional with over 25 years’ experience of roles in the UK and across Europe, her progressive appointments within FTSE 100 organisations, culminated in her professional CMICS qualification in 2002 from the Institute of Customer Service.
She has been actively involved in the National Customer Service Awards and Customer Service Training Awards as a Judge, which has given her access to working alongside some of the industry's most influential customer service gurus and undertaking extensive in-house research with a bias towards customer service and service management.
She provides professional consulting services in customer service excellence to clients with a strong emphasis on Africa and the Caribbean - including, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Transport for London (TfL), Axa UK, Yahoo, and Citibank.

As a Master Trainer, she has maintained that all online facilitators must successfully complete the UK accredited qualifications that they are facilitating - to show that they have integrity and help maintain credibility in the programme. She has successfully attended and completed each one of the UK accredited Customer 1st International online qualifications to its highest standard.
She is particularly interested in helping Africa raise its service bar in areas such as tourism and public services.
Bukola Olofinjana is active within the Diaspora Nigerian community and has served on committees such as Nigerian Centenary Awards and the Uncelebrated Nigerians Awards. She is currently the Executive Secretary of Dayo Olomu Foundation and the General Secretary of Nigerian Diaspora Direct Investment Summit (NDDIS).
A Mentor with Havering Business and Education Partnership, and Volunteer for Cancer Research UK, she is a former Chairperson for the Parents Teachers Association (PTA) of her son’s school where she led a dynamic team of parents and teachers with the sole aim of raising funds to provide extra activities and equipment for the children at the school.
