Jonathan announces Tukur's resignation, PDP National Executive accepts

Following the formal announcement by President Goodluck Jonathan of the resignation of the Chairman of Nigeria's ruling political party, Peoples Democratic Party - Dr Bamanga Tukur; the National Executive Council has accepted the resignation.
