The best of Africa's culture was on display at London's Trafalgar Square recently through an event tagged Africa on the Square.
The event's line-up of entertainment included live music, DJs, dancing and a talent show. There was also an African market, food stalls, a fashion show and activities for kids.

Africa on the Square was organised by the Mayor of London for Black History Month 2015. The Mayor puts on and supports a range of events to celebrate the many cultures and communities of London.
The event was sponsored by Lebara and Air France, with media partner support from The Voice. It was programmed by Open the Gate.
